On behalf of the Scientific Committee and the Local Organizing Committee, it is my honor to invite you to the 11th Baltic Congress of Neurology – BALCONE, taking place from November 6–8 in Riga, Latvia.

The BALCONE congresses have been held every three years since 1994 and have evolved into not just a regional but also an international forum for professional neurologists. Renowned speakers will share their insights and expertise, while delegates will have the opportunity to present their research, exchange ideas, and network with fellow colleagues.

We are delighted to host the 11th BALCONE once again in Riga, the historic capital of Latvia. Riga is a vibrant and beautiful city, offering superb conference and hotel facilities that will ensure a most pleasant stay. It provides the perfect setting to meet colleagues, learn about the latest developments in various fields of neurology, and enjoy historic sites, museums, restaurants, and nightlife. The Congress will be held at the Radisson Blu Latvia Hotel and Conference Center, a modern complex conveniently located in the heart of the city.

The 11th BALCONE will feature an extensive scientific program with plenary lectures, oral presentations, teaching courses, and poster sessions to discuss a wide spectrum of scientific and practical issues in contemporary neurology.
